PHONE CONSULTING and How It Works

Are you ready to finally solve your cat’s behavior problem?

Cat behavior phone consultations at The Cat Behavior Clinic are generally booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Once payment is made, you are guaranteed an appointment time within 1 – 7 business days. You can even schedule and pay for your consultation on our clinic website right now.

Because we are very busy with clients and new appointments are booked every day, if your cat behavior problem is urgent, we recommend that you schedule your appointment as soon as possible.

Step 1 – Schedule and pay for your consultation:  You can do this on your own right here on our website, or you can call the clinic and speak with a live person at 1-541-728-MEOW (6369).

Step 2 -  Complete the Feline Behavior Questionnaire: Once you have scheduled and paid for your consultation, you will have access to the comprehensive feline behavior questionnaire that you will need to complete prior to your behavior consultation.  We need to receive the completed questionnaire via email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  We also require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment in order to receive a refund and we do not refund for missed appointments.

Step 3 – The Solution:  You will be contacted by our behaviorist, Mieshelle Nagelschneider, for your consultation.  She will have already analyzed in-depth your cat and behavior issue from your completed questionnaire.   She will then give you a specific, customized behavior program for solving your cat’s behavior issue(s) during your phone consultation– along with weekly review of your progress reports, and a free follow-up approximately 4 – 6 weeks after your initial consultation. You can also work with her up to 6 months from the day or your consultation for an additional fee of $25.00 per email.
