spot won't be reserved until you've made payment.

unless you're planning on paying for and scheduling a
consultation. We will not be able to schedule your
consultation or provide advice until you have sent payment. If
you have questions you need answered, please start with our
FAQs.

Step 2: Finish Your Reservation
Cat behavior phone consultations at The Cat Behavior Clinic are
booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Once payment is
made, you are guaranteed an appointment in 3 to 7 days. Learn why

is as effective as any in-home visit (and far more available and
less expensive).
If your cat behavior problem is urgent, we recommend that you reserve your place as soon as possible by making your
payment as soon as possible. After you fill out the
Brief
Consultation Form,
you'll be sent to a secure PayPal page to process your
payment.
We'll then contact you to schedule a time, and we'll send you
our Feline Behavior Questionnaire.
Or call the Clinic and we'll
take any credit card over the phone and schedule your

Step 3: Tell Us About Your Cat!
Here's where the fun starts -- where you get to talk about your
kitties, non-stop, to the most interested people in the world:

So . . . for best and most cost-effective results, we recommend
that you complete our Feline Behavior Questionnaire prior to the
consultation. You'll get the best results because we'll be
armed with much of the important information about you, your
cat, and your cat's environment even before the call.

reduced the required consultation time from 2 hours to 1!
Step 4: Get Your Cat Behavior Solution
After receiving the completed
form, you will be contacted by the clinic to set up
your consultation and we'll set you free of your cat
behavior problems and give you a happier cat. Mieshelle will give you a specific, customized behavior program for solving your cat's behavior issue(s).

Follow our instructions.
That's important. We have the success rate we do because cat
owners commit to following the easy-to-follow steps we set
out for them. Just as important, you are our eyes and
ears, so we'll be carefully reviewing your email reports for
approximately 4 weeks after your consultation, as you tell us
how your cat is responding (some cats respond differently,
so good advice isn't one-size-fits-all). We'll then be
able to make any necessary modifications to the behavior program
in your FREE email followup.
