When and How To Reach The Cat Behavior Clinic

Best Option:  Book a Consultation!

Given how tight our schedule is, we recommend that if you think your cat has a behavioral problem, you should book a cat behavior consultation with The Cat Behavior Clinic to arrange for cat behavior consulting for your cat (or cats!).  If you are ready to pay and book (and understand that we cannot answer behavior questions over the phone), call our friendly staff now at 1-541-728-MEOW (6369).

We understand.  Just know that we run a very busy cat behavior clinic and we don't have a large support staff to answer all the email we receive.  That means that we are not able to answer any questions about cat behavior by email.  And we're very sorry about that.

Sadly, there is no such thing as a "quick question."  Cat behavior is nearly as complicated as human behavior, with as many interdependent variables, and it's even more mysterious, to a human.

Our behavioral consulting is pretty simple:  desperate but savvy humans pay us a set price for an hour's consultation, we schedule and hold the consultation, we review your weekly progress reports as you do your assignments for up to 4 weeks, we then provide you with your FREE email follow-up, and then we declare victory -- whether it's total or partial depends almost entirely on how scrupulously the humans follow our advice.  (Most effective change is not required of the cat so much as the human).

We are not able to view or reply to emails seeking behavior advice.  See our Frequently Asked Questions for answers to the most common questions.  Or see Pricing.

We are a cat behavior consultancy practice for North America and Canada.  If you're like the rest of our satisfied clients, you've realized the superficial tips and tricks on the internet, from friends, and from books aren't working.  Even most vets give incomplete and obsolete advice; after all, they're medical doctors, not psychologists.

And no surprise - cat behavior is highly complex, and solving it requires both expertise and  specific, specialized information about your cat.  That means a conversation with an expert.  The information and help you receive from our cat behaviorist, is up to date in the latest trends of animal psychology and unlike what you've read on the internet or received from your vet.
