We are unable to answer behavior questions without a consultation.  Because we have worked with every kind of cat behavior issue since 1999, you do not need to send an email asking us if we can work with your cat’s particular issue.  We can!

 

We recommend that if you think your cat has a behavioral problem, you should book a consultation. If you are ready to pay and book or have questions, (and understand that we cannot answer behavior questions over the phone without a consult), call our friendly and understanding staff at 1-503-267-8888, seven days a week 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific time.

Not Ready to Book?

We understand.  Unfortunately, we are not able to answer any questions about cat behavior by email. And we’re very sorry about that.  However, if after we review your completed feline behavior history questionnaire and conclude a behavior consultation with the clinic would not address your cat’s particular issue, the clinic will refund your consultation fee.

Sadly, there is no such thing as a “quick question.” Cat behavior is nearly as complicated as human behavior, with as many interdependent variables, and it’s even more mysterious, to a human.
