Since implementing the recommended changes and installing (behavior plan removed) November 12th, Franklin has only defecated outside the litter boxes once, on November 22nd (pictures of his poop and location were emailed). Other than this one time, he has been using both litter boxes. Per your recommendation, we will (behavior plan removed). He has also continued to seem more calm since (behavior plan removed).
